My initial concern (not with Henderson specifically but with trying to source an electrician in general) was that I would not be able to promptly contact someone and have the work completed in a timely manner given the “accidental” nature of the position I was put in. This was not the case, the immediate communication was excellent, the review of the site conditions was within hours and the work was completed within 48hrs exceeding my expectations. All persons I spoke with and met were friendly, very knowledgeable, punctual and happily willing to discuss options and solutions. Absolutely use this electrician. Henderson Electrical Installations has done substantial residential work for us, including replacing the electrical box, wiring our hot tub, and pigtailing aluminum wire connections. We have found that any work has been done in a very efficient and professional manner. Their response time has typically been very quick; no waiting for weeks with these guys. They give you a feeling that if something goes seriously wrong, they have your back. An example for us was when our power mast (35 years old) had to be replaced, resulting in loss of power. After calling Evan, the owner, he was over in less than 10 minutes to identify the problem. He and his team arranged all the inspections, and installed the new power mast that day so that we would not be without power. That is a service level that is unprecedented. We wholeheartedly recommend Evan and his team to perform any electrical work on your property.

When hiring contractors, you’re never certain if you’re going to receive the service you would expect. Fortunately, this wasn’t the case at all. Stefan and his team were nothing short of superb! Like most people, I am cost conscious but I’m also expecting top notch work. When Stefan arrived for the initial quote he walked through my house and indicated what would be needed to bring my house up to code. When he came back to do the work, he tackled it with ease and he really took great pains to ensure my service upgrade (100 amp to 200 amp) was tidy and esthetically pleasing to my home. Furthermore, any questions I had were answered promptly and to my satisfaction. Great staff, great work and reasonable cost. I’d be quite happy to have Henderson Electrical back for future electrical work. The Generlink install couldn’t have come at a better time. The work was completed yesterday, the storm was today and we lost power. Within minutes I had my generator out, plugged in, and the Generlink allowed us to have the power we need to run vital circuits and then some! Fantastic product!

We had two appliances blow up at the same time: the microwave and then the wall oven. Both appliances were over 25 years old but we wanted assurances that the events weren't caused by a power overage. Henderson Electrical came over checked our power and all was well — we just needed a new broiler element in the stove. Stephen from Henderson came over installed the element, checked all the old wires, and was very polite and efficient. Great service. Would recommend them for any installation or repairs.

Amazing work done by Henderson Electrical. They came on short notice and hooked up a sauna for my little guy with cerebral palsy: he does so well with heat. We had an arc in the ground that was melting/corroding, we were bumped up right away and they came first thing to fix it. We didn’t have a lot of money at the time and were afraid they would need cash up front, but Evan worked with us. We had a problem that needed fixing ASAP.
